Family Policy
Please note that all children are welcome , however the camp does not have dedicated child facilities, meals or activities. It is suitable for children over the age of 6 who enjoy long walks and swimming. There is usually the chance for them to play with local children.

Transfer Options
An affordable single engine Air Transfer from Darwin can be organised by reputable local company ChartAir . Alternative small plane or helicopter transfers from Kakadu and Katherine can also be arranged. Prices vary on aircraft type and distance involved.
Rates & Payment
All rates are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). Direct Booking and Payment with the company is the only method of booking available at this time for local clients. Bodeidei Camp and Dreamtime Safaris are available for booking through French travel companies specializing in Australia.
Period of operation
The camp is open from May to September with the exact opening and closing dates dependant on weather and road conditions.
Seasonal Info
May to July :cooler day and night temperatures and lower humidity make this period the most comfortable time of the year to visit from a climatic perspective. Grassfires can be a feature at this time of year which provides an opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife.
August to September: days are warmer and the nights not so cool. The birdlife is prevalent on the billabongs as the floodplains dry out. Occasional rains ensure the waterfalls remain a delightful place for visitors to swim.
Inclusions
The rate includes meals, non alcoholic beverages at meal times and scheduled activities (4WD safaris, , daily guiding)
Exclusions
Air transfers and alcohol. Management reserve the right to change inclusions to some services where costs change markedly (e.g. fuel costs) and you will be notified of this in writing.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit of 50 percent is required within 14 days of making a reservation. Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days, payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.
Cancellation Policy
As a small property, our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms. Cancellation of your reservation must be notified to us in writing, and will take effect on the day we receive it.
For cancellations outside of 30 days the deposit will be refunded in full less the cost of any credit card commissions and a $50 per booking administration fee
For cancellations within 30 days of arrival the deposit will be forfeited.
For cancellations within 15 days of arrival all monies will be forfeited.
In case of unscheduled camp closure (such as, but not limited to, sorry business, the case of cyclone, fire or flood) full monies will be refunded.

Travel Insurance
We STRONGLY recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation and emergency medical care cover. All guests will be asked to sign a form of indemnity on arrival at Bodeidei Camp.
Air charters and weight restrictions
During the wet season (February & March) we recommend some extra time in your itinerary in case of inclement weather and flight delays. There is a general weight restriction of 15 kgs per passenger in soft bags only to fit in the aircraft luggage compartments. It will be possible to keep excess bags at the air operator's office in Darwin. Although all care is taken, Dreamtime Safaris, Bodeidei Camp in Arnhem does not accept responsibility for any expense incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or mechanical failure with a charter aircraft.
